About the role
This role readies vehicles for customer delivery and showrooms so that online browsing leads to satisfied buyers. It operates within a team that supports condition reporting and vehicle readiness in Etobicoke, Ontario, Ontario. You will own the end to end preparation of vehicles, ensuring that every car meets the high standards expected by customers before they are sold. The work you do directly supports the sales process by making sure that the cars seen online are presented accurately and professionally in person. You will work closely with the Condition Report Writer and Vehicle Capture teams to maintain data integrity and visual accuracy. Success in this position is defined by the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the vehicles you handle. You will be responsible for identifying any necessary cleaning or minor repairs and ensuring these issues are documented and escalated appropriately. Your consistent execution of process and attention to detail will make the work of the broader team easier to review and build upon.

What you'll do
Inspect vehicle condition to identify details needing cleaning or minor repairs so that cars match customer expectations.
Condition reports capture vehicle status before and after service, coordinating with Condition Report Writer for accurate records.
Vehicles move safely within the facility and staging areas as the Vehicle Shuttler positions them for intake and delivery.
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, removing dirt, debris, and imperfections to meet presentation standards.
Utilize standard automotive cleaning tools and personal protective equipment to complete tasks safely and effectively.
Support logistics operations by preparing vehicles for movement, ensuring that staging areas remain organized and efficient.
Collaborate with the Condition Report Writer to ensure that all observations are clearly documented in condition reports.
Follow processes from Clutch Technologies Inc.. to guide condition reporting and vehicle preparation, maintaining consistency across all vehicles.
Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple vehicles in a fast-paced retail environment without compromising quality.
Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and resolve any issues that may arise during preparation.
Adhere to safety protocols to ensure that the workplace remains safe for all team members and visitors at all times.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring that every vehicle received is ready for intake and every vehicle delivered is presentable.
Demonstrate reliability by keeping commitments to shift schedules and completing tasks within the required timeframes.

Requirements
Scheduled shifts including occasional evenings support dealer and wholesale operations.

You must be able to reliably commute to work or be relocated to Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.
You must be authorized to work in Canada and not require employer sponsorship for employment.
You must have the right to permanent work status in Canada, such as citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee status.
You must have a valid Social Insurance Number or similar government-issued identification required for employment.
You must pass a criminal background check and meet all employment screening standards.
You must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and moving vehicles for the full duration of your shift.
You must be able to lift, push, and pull objects related to vehicle preparation within established safety limits.
You must follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks according to company standards.
You must communicate effectively in English to coordinate with team members and understand instructions.
