About the role

You own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Cloudflare's global procurement technology ecosystem, driving seamless alignment between user-centric intake in Zip HQ and rigorous financial controls in Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will architect and optimize Source-to-Pay workflows that ensure complex requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing are translated into accurate, automated processes across both platforms. What you'll do

• Conduct deep discovery with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate high-level business policies into precise logic within Zip and Oracle Fusion.
• Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay process to ensure a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing and intake in Zip and downstream purchasing and payables in Oracle Fusion.
• Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement, configuring complex intake workflows in Zip while managing Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
• Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, monitoring data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure the "System of Record" in Oracle remains audit-ready by managing the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between the Zip UI and the Oracle General Ledger.
• Manage the quarterly release cycles for both Zip and Oracle, conducting impact assessments on new features to prevent disruption to integrated workflows.
• Lead the adoption and functional governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents, such as the Procurement Policy Advisor, ensuring AI-driven automation remains compliant and efficient.
• Monitor and resolve in-flight changes across systems, ensuring that updates in Zip are accurately reflected in Oracle and vice versa.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that uphold data integrity and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing procurement metrics, gathering feedback, and proposing enhancements to both platforms and processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, covering Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Model.
• Bring 1+ years of hands-on experience with Zip (Zip HQ) to configure and manage procurement intake and orchestration.
• Show deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle and the ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of procurement compliance, data governance, and audit readiness within cloud-based financial systems.
• Display experience managing integrations between procurement platforms and ensuring data consistency across systems.
• Prove capability in leading discovery sessions and documenting complex business requirements for technical implementation.
