The role is situated within the London office. You will join a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and interact with a diverse group of colleagues. You will present to clients during critical business situations. You will develop a deep understanding of the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry. Direct mentorship will come from ClearView managers who possess extensive experience in life sciences consulting.
Responsibilities for this position include interacting with both clients and internal teams to address critical strategic questions in the biopharmaceutical space. During a typical project, you will engage in numerous activities. These activities include conducting complex problem-solving using a hypothesis-based approach. You will collaborate with leadership and clients to design and execute project workstreams. You will perform primary and secondary research to uncover critical insights. You will deliver recommendations and manage client needs throughout the project duration. You will mentor and develop junior team members. You will utilize analytic tools, such as forecast models, to support decision-making.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline with three or more years of consulting experience in life sciences. Alternatively, a PhD or post-doctoral research experience in the life sciences is acceptable. An MD with eighteen months of consulting experience is also an alternative path. You must have two or more years of experience with due diligence projects. Demonstrated ability to frame and tackle complex problems is essential. You must establish rapid credibility and trust with leadership. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, particularly for explaining complex concepts. Strong upward communication and active thought partnership during internal discussions are necessary. You must be trusted to drive content and process-related client communications. Demonstrated mentorship for junior team members is required. Independent workstream ownership is essential. You must be able to work in the London office for at least fifty percent of the time.

Compensation and Location Details
Location is specified as London, London, United Kingdom. Engagement involves advisory projects in biopharma and medical devices. The base compensation range is 130,000 GBP to 160,000 GBP.
