What you'll do
Designing intake frameworks with practice leaders to map skill gaps and define curriculum for biopharma and med device.
Building sequenced training paths and materials that align with project management and commercial decision support needs.
Reviewing learning analytics and participant feedback to refine content and validate business impact.
Shipping programs on schedule by coordinating facilitators, materials, and schedules across locations.
Partnering with People Strategy to integrate onboarding and manager development into cohesive talent initiatives.
Championing continuous improvement by testing formats, tools, and delivery channels for clarity and retention.
Maintaining compliance standards and documentation for all learning initiatives firm wide.
Driving adoption through communication campaigns that highlight outcomes and encourage participation.
Requirements
You must bring three years minimum experience in learning or training roles.
You must manage projects from initial discovery through execution and measurement.
You must collaborate with subject matter experts to convert complex concepts into clear curricula.
You must demonstrate experience coordinating logistics for multi session initiatives.
You must show comfort working across offices, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
Experience in life sciences consulting or healthcare services is preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to help shape and deliver training programs that strengthen our consulting capabilities and foster professional growth across the firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, organization, and continuous improvement.
This role will work closely with the Director of Learning and Development to design, coordinate, and implement training curriculums for each of our practice areas. The Manager will collaborate extensively with practice leaders, subject matter experts, and internal training teams to ensure our programs align with business priorities and deliver measurable impact. Over time, this role will expand to include project management responsibilities for the creation and delivery of additional company-wide training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Practice Area Curriculum Development: Partner with practice area leaders to develop, organize, and maintain training curriculums tailored to each practice area.
Coordinate Training Delivery: Coordinate program logistics and ensure smooth execution, including scheduling, materials, facilitators, and participant communications.
Thought Partner: Collaborate closely with Learning and Development and People Strategy leadership to align learning initiatives with strategic business goals.
Integration and Onboarding: Lead the integration and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent experience.
Program Management: Manage end to end timelines for training initiatives, coordinating schedules and materials to meet firm wide deadlines.
Communication and Adoption: Develop and execute communication campaigns that highlight program outcomes and drive participation across offices.
Compliance and Documentation: Maintain compliance standards and documentation for all learning initiatives firm wide.
Continuous Improvement: Test formats, tools, and delivery channels to improve clarity and retention, and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to convert complex concepts into clear, structured curricula.
Cross Office Coordination: Comfortably manage programs across offices, time zones, and stakeholder groups, ensuring consistent delivery.
