About the role
You will own the strategic organization and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories, ensuring project documentation and regulatory resources remain current and accessible. This role requires you to collaborate directly with project teams to uphold knowledge management policies and align practices with evolving client needs. You will support audits of knowledge management practices in close partnership with the Director of Compliance & Operations, facilitating thorough and timely reviews. A core part of this position involves administering knowledge platforms such as SharePoint, where you will manage user permissions and coordinate with IT on enhancements. You will develop and implement strategies designed to improve knowledge accessibility, usability, and overall efficiency across the organization. This function includes organizing and managing the central knowledge management database and overseeing the project close-out process to ensure completeness. You will maintain the department's SharePoint site, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and user-friendly for internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will participate in client audits related to knowledge management as required, representing ClearView's commitment to operational excellence.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive maintenance and regular updates of internal knowledge repositories, including project documentation, regulatory resources, and industry insights.
Collaborate with diverse project teams to guarantee strict alignment with knowledge management policies and procedures across all engagements.
Support in-depth audits of knowledge management practices in partnership with the Director of Compliance & Operations to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Assist multiple teams in efficiently locating and utilizing relevant data, frameworks, and best practices to strengthen client deliverables.
Administer enterprise knowledge platforms such as SharePoint, manage granular user permissions, and coordinate closely with IT for systematic enhancements.
Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies aimed at improving knowledge accessibility, usability, and long-term value to the organization.
Organize and rigorously manage the central knowledge management database and the standardized project close-out process to ensure completeness.
Maintain the department's SharePoint site with meticulous attention, ensuring all content remains current, relevant, and user-friendly.
Participate actively in client audits related to knowledge management, providing documentation and insights as required by regulatory standards.
Enter, update, and maintain highly accurate data within critical internal systems and databases to support operational integrity.
Organize and manage extensive datasets to ensure robust data integrity, security, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Conduct regular data quality checks and diligently resolve any discrepancies to maintain the highest standards of information accuracy.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive compliance reports to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Support internal and external audits proactively, including data collection, documentation assembly, and timely follow-up on all items.
Maintain meticulously organized records of all compliance activities to ensure traceability and regulatory readiness.
Contribute to pivotal compliance initiatives such as data privacy, ESG/sustainability reporting, and contract database management.
Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support evolving business needs.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, information management, business administration, or a closely related field that provides a relevant foundation.
Bring a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a knowledge management position or a related role with directly transferable skills.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments without requiring prescriptive guidance.
Demonstrate familiarity with document and knowledge management tools, with hands-on experience using platforms such as SharePoint.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure.
Show high attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy in all deliverables and processes.
Communicate excellently in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Show proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant applications for daily operations.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with colleagues across different levels, functions, and geographies.
This role requires the incumbent to be located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and to perform duties from this designated location.
