What you'll do
Conduct in depth interviews with key stakeholders to map business processes and identify critical issues.
Develop detailed work plans and project timelines, outlining milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation for each engagement.
Lead the design and execution of data collection efforts, ensuring high quality inputs that support robust analysis.
Synthesize large volumes of information into concise narratives that highlight strategic implications and decision points.
Build financial models and scenario analyses to quantify the impact of proposed initiatives and support go no go decisions.
Facilitate workshops with client teams to pressure test assumptions and align on implementation priorities.
Translate complex analytical findings into visually compelling presentations tailored for executive audiences.
Coordinate with internal specialists to gather subject matter expertise and ensure solution completeness.
Perform risk assessments to uncover potential obstacles and recommend mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
Own the preparation of final deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
Support the development of proprietary frameworks that enable repeatable problem solving across similar engagements.
Track project progress against plan, escalate issues promptly, and adjust schedules as required to meet deadlines.
Champion continuous learning by documenting lessons learned and incorporating best practices into future projects.
Act as a bridge between technical analysis and business implementation, ensuring recommendations are actionable and realistic.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong academic background or relevant professional achievements.
You possess at least two years of progressive experience in consulting, strategy, or a related field where you have managed complex projects.
You have a proven track record of delivering high quality analytical work under tight deadlines in a client facing environment.
You are comfortable working in a fast paced setting where priorities can shift quickly and ambiguity is common.
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for diverse audiences.
You have strong proficiency in tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms used to manage project work.
You are willing to travel internationally as required to support client engagements around the world.
You are authorized to work in the country of assignment without sponsorship, or you hold the necessary visa to accept this role anywhere in the world.
You understand that ClearView may engage independent contractors, and you are able to perform services as a contractor if engaged under such an arrangement.

Practical notes
Hours
