Join Clari + Salesloft to help define the future of revenue operations. You will contribute to building the world's first Predictive Revenue System, blending human expertise with AI to transform how companies operate and grow. In this capacity, you will serve as a critical link between strategic vision and executable product initiatives, ensuring that the platform evolves in response to market demands. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key modules within the Revenue Orchestration ecosystem, driving alignment between technical feasibility and business impact. This role requires you to synthesize complex information from various stakeholders into a coherent product narrative that guides development. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the product organization. Your work will directly influence how revenue teams interact with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics on a global scale.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with enterprise customers to uncover latent needs and validate hypotheses for new product features.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product requirements documents that guide engineering execution.
- Analyze large datasets to identify usage patterns, friction points, and opportunities for optimization within the user journey.
- Partner with design teams to prototype user flows and ensure the product delivers intuitive and seamless experiences.
- Coordinate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions to maintain a healthy pipeline of actionable work items.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, including ROI projections and success metrics to secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor competitive landscape shifts and assess how emerging technologies could impact the future roadmap of the platform.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align sales, marketing, and customer success on shared objectives and terminology.
- Ensure all product deliverables comply with industry standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the product, representing user needs in executive-level discussions and strategic reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management roles within software or technology environments.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering, or possess equivalent practical experience that demonstrates foundational knowledge.
- Provide evidence of successfully launching and managing software products that have achieved key performance indicators such as adoption, retention, or revenue targets.
- Show a strong understanding of software development life cycles and how product decisions impact engineering workflows and timelines.
- Exhibit the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities may shift based on customer feedback or market changes.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and board-level stakeholders.
- Display sound judgment in making decisions with incomplete information while balancing risks, trade-offs, and resource constraints.
- Prove experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to drive product success.

- Bring prior experience building or managing AI-driven products that leverage machine learning to enhance user workflows or decision-making.
- Show familiarity with the Salesloft or Clari platforms, including their architecture, feature sets, and user base, which would enable faster integration and feedback incorporation.

- Experience with data analytics tools to track product performance and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
- Familiarity with revenue operations concepts and tools used in sales, marketing, and customer success environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft documentation, presentations, and executive summaries with precision.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed remote work setting, maintaining productivity and collaboration across different time zones.
