What you'll do
Define the product strategy for the Clari + Salesloft platform, specifically owning the vision and execution for key areas such as Cadence, Deals, and Conversation Intelligence. Translate ambiguous user problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps that engineering teams can execute against. Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to ensure technical feasibility and that the user experience meets the highest standards. Lead market research initiatives, including conducting customer interviews and analyzing competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for product differentiation. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the product, communicating plans, benefits, and technical details to internal stakeholders and key external customers. Establish a robust product analytics framework to measure feature adoption and performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and rapid iteration. Prioritize the product backlog based on a combination of strategic alignment, user impact, and business value to maximize the efficiency of the development cycle. Ensure that all product deliverables adhere to the company's quality standards and compliance requirements for security and data privacy. Foster a culture of experimentation within the product team by running tests and validating hypotheses to inform future product decisions. Act as the bridge between the commercial needs of the business and the technical capabilities of the platform, ensuring alignment across all departments.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and impact. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline that provides a strong analytical foundation. Have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products from conception through post-launch optimization. Bring experience working with AI-powered features or revenue intelligence platforms, showing comfort in navigating rapidly evolving technological landscapes. Show evidence of strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data sets and translate them into actionable product strategies. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making abilities, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints on a daily basis. Have experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to achieve shared objectives.
Nice to have
Hold a Master's degree or an MBA that provides advanced training in product management and business strategy. Have prior experience in the sales technology or SaaS industry, understanding the unique workflows and challenges of the sector. Possess deep familiarity with Clari or Salesloft products, including their APIs and integration capabilities. Have hands-on experience with modern product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile development practices. Show a history of mentoring junior team members and contributing to the professional growth of others within the organization.
Practical notes
This role is based in the United States and is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder meetings or industry events. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The standard work schedule is 40 hours per week, operating within the core business hours of the organization.
