About the role

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will lead the operational backbone of marketing programs across the Clari and Salesloft organizations. This role owns the systems, processes, and analytics that drive campaign execution and performance measurement. The manager works closely with marketing leadership to translate strategy into scalable, repeatable workflows. You will ensure data integrity across platforms and help the team make decisions grounded in reliable insights.

1. Design and maintain marketing automation workflows that support lead generation and account-based campaigns across both Clari and Salesloft platforms.

2. Own the marketing technology stack, including CRM integrations, data pipelines, and cross-platform synchronization between sales and marketing tools.

3. Build and manage reporting dashboards that track campaign performance, pipeline influence, and marketing-sourced revenue metrics for leadership review.

4. Collaborate with demand generation teams to define targeting criteria, segment audiences, and configure campaigns for multi-channel outreach.

5. Develop and enforce data governance standards to ensure contact records, lead scores, and attribution models remain accurate and consistent.

Requirements

1. Seven or more years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related discipline within a B2B environment.

2. Demonstrated expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or equivalent systems at enterprise scale.

3. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including advanced configuration, reporting, and integration capabilities.

4. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, product, and finance stakeholders on shared operational goals.

5. Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages for extracting, transforming, and analyzing marketing data from multiple sources.

6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

7. Track record of building and optimizing lead-to-revenue processes that improve conversion rates and reduce operational friction.

8. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize competing priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
