Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancement, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and create a clear roadmap that prioritizes features based on business value and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and feedback that inform product decisions.
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Facilitate product demos and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product management team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant insights into product strategy and development processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product iterations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of product milestones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials that effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather qualitative insights that inform product enhancements and new features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or digital services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in the domain of internet governance or domain name services is an asset.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience working closely with design teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment or with rapid product development cycles.

- Proficiency in product management software and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of user experience design and usability testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to drive product insights.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
