What you'll do

- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the adoption and effective use of Cira's services.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that promote Cira's initiatives and enhance brand visibility within the digital landscape.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies, ensuring that Cira remains at the forefront of digital service delivery.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them integrate smoothly into the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or digital services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Nice to have
