What you'll do

• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with Cinc's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights that inform operational decisions and enhance overall performance.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and report findings to management.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all business operations.
• Support project management efforts by coordinating timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
