What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Design and implement solutions that align with client objectives while leveraging Bamboohr's existing technology stack.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
• Work closely with product managers to define product features and enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase Bamboohr's solutions to potential clients.
• Participate in project planning and management, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution development and improve service offerings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a solution engineering or similar role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience in deploying solutions in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being capable of working independently.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in consulting or technical sales.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with integration projects.
