What you'll do
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions to help them acclimate to the company culture.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for reporting and compliance purposes.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software and databases.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
