What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored business strategies that meet client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and drive client success.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower client teams with the tools and knowledge necessary for sustainable growth.
• Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing findings and proposed strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for business inquiries.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, ensuring the long-term success of strategies deployed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance consulting methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings and contribute to the development of new consulting solutions.
• Participate in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations, to expand Cialdnb's market presence.
• Engage in networking opportunities to build relationships within the industry and identify potential leads for new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful consulting projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
• Familiarity with various industries, including technology, finance, and healthcare, is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Previous experience working in a multinational consulting firm or corporate environment.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and business case development.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.

Practical notes

• This position is based in Mexico City, CDMX, and may require occasional travel to client sites.
• Candidates must possess the necessary work authorization to be employed in Mexico.
