What you'll do

• Lead the architectural design and development of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on system architecture and design.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like Spring or Node.js.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL, and experience with data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data analytics tools.
• Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding techniques.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced technology company.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of API design and RESTful services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.
