What you'll do

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with various teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects are tracked and reported accurately to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools and software to maintain documentation, track milestones, and report on project status.

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
