What you'll do

• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, or similar software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is preferred.
