What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and industry standards.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of applications and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on application development and business intelligence.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with database management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with machine learning and data analytics techniques.
