What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive and persuasive RFP responses that clearly communicate Caseiq's capabilities and solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across different departments to gather relevant information and insights necessary for crafting tailored responses.
• Analyze RFP requirements and ensure that all responses are compliant with client specifications and expectations.
• Create and maintain a library of reusable content, including case studies, templates, and best practices, to streamline the RFP process.
• Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to inform RFP strategies and highlight Caseiq's unique selling points.
• Edit and proofread RFP submissions to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage timelines and coordinate the RFP process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
• Participate in post-submission debriefs to assess the effectiveness of RFP responses and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to enhance the quality of RFP responses.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that support RFP efforts and overall business development initiatives.
• Foster relationships with internal teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout the RFP process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of RFP processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP response development, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is a plus.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.

Nice to have

• Experience in the legal, technology, or consulting sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role or business development is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating visually appealing proposal documents.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with proposal management software such as Qvidian, RFPIO, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of content management systems and document collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software and its integration into the proposal process.
