Engagement: Full-Time Position with a competitive salary

Compensation: $20-$22 hourly

What you'll be doing

You own the full customer journey for parts, driving calm, capable solutions for every interaction while protecting our reputation.

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during every interaction.

Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer and technician needs.

Source and order complex automotive parts for both customers and our internal shop team.

Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns, with precision.

Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stock room for immediate access.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to sustain smooth operations.

Collaborate with the internal shop team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Verify compliance details and safety rules during every shift without fail.

Hold a current credential allowing independent work in this environment.

Maintain fluent English for clear communication with guests and teammates.

Be at least 18 years old with valid driving privileges.

Keep a clean driving record within recent years under strict guidelines.

Tolerate indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and moisture.

Wear required protective gear for handling materials each day.

Accept occasional overtime and weekend shifts around special events.

Stand or sit for long intervals while moving through the workspace.

Work different shifts as needed to support business demands.

Lift heavy items frequently while walking several miles each day.
