What you'll do

• Own the design lifecycle from initial concept to final launch, focusing on user outcomes and business metrics across the super app ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering and product leads to define project roadmaps and resolve cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers.
• Deliver comprehensive design work that accounts for edge cases, localization, and RTL requirements to ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Maintain and extend the internal design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product lines.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to build high-fidelity prototypes and testable artifacts rapidly without compromising on quality or usability standards.
• Lead user research, including interviews and discovery sessions, to validate design concepts and uncover unmet user needs.
• Analyze product data to measure the success of shipped features and refine future iterations based on evidence and user feedback.
• Present design strategies and decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strong narrative structure.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured design explorations that balance feasibility, viability, and desirability.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and data scientists to incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into the design process.
• Champion accessibility and usability principles to ensure that the product is usable by the widest possible audience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products at scale within fast-paced, high-growth environments that demand speed and accuracy.
• Proven ability to lead design for major product areas and translate complex business challenges into successful design visions that drive engagement.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies applied consistently throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated fluency in using AI tools daily for research, prototyping, and content synthesis to enhance productivity and insight generation.
• Strong track record of operating as a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership, influencing decisions through logic and empathy.
• Proficiency in managing design systems and contributing to their evolution to support new features and emerging design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document and present complex ideas to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing mobile-first work with detailed case studies on process and measurable impact that highlight your role and decisions.
