The owns the end-to-end operating system for the product organization. - Map onboarding sequences for new product staff to reduce ramp time through structured knowledge transfer and tooling access.
- Maintain metric definitions so that reports remain consistent when teams compare results across properties and markets.
- Oversee tool configurations that allow small crews to manage many properties without manual errors compounding.
- Design intake checkpoints that validate readiness and prevent unfinished work from entering production pipelines.

You have a bias for action and can operate with incomplete information while still driving clarity. You communicate with precision and can simplify intricate operational models for diverse audiences. You are disciplined in your follow-through and can be relied upon to close the loop on critical operational tasks.
