Senior AI Voice Product Manager
Job description
Senior AI Voice Product Manager at Canary Technologies.
About the role
Canary Technologies is a software company dedicated to modernizing hotels through an AI platform designed specifically for hospitality. The platform is currently used by more than 20,000 hoteliers across over 100 countries. These hoteliers use the technology to operate more efficiently and to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Major hotel brands including Wyndham, Marriott, IHG, Four Seasons, Rosewood, and Best Western rely on Canary to achieve measurable results. The company has been recognized as a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 company, a Most Innovative Company by Fast Company, and a HotelTechReport Best Place to Work. It is supported by leading Silicon Valley investors such as Y Combinator, F-Prime, Brighton Park Capital, and Insight Partners. As the Senior AI Voice Product Manager, you own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Canary's AI Voice product line, defining what intelligent, real-time voice interactions between hotels and their guests will become. You are responsible for discovering, prioritizing, and refining the capabilities that allow hotel staff to resolve guest needs through voice rather than traditional digital interfaces. You translate complex operational realities and technical constraints into a clear, compelling, and executable product vision that the engineering team can build. You act as the central orchestrator of the conversational AI lifecycle, ensuring that every release of voice functionality is reliable, secure, and genuinely useful in busy hotel environments.
