Position Overview
The organization seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead the AI Voice product line. This product is responsible for enabling intelligent, real-time voice interactions between hotels and their guests. The role operates at the junction of advanced artificial intelligence and the practical environment of enterprise hospitality. It involves managing the full lifecycle of conversational AI, from initial concept through deployment and impact measurement. The position requires deep technical understanding alongside strong business judgment. Ownership through execution and delivery is essential for success in this position.
Location for this role is New York, New York. The engagement is full-time. The compensation package ranges from 180,000 USD to 220,000 USD.
Responsibilities
The Staff Product Manager will define and own the AI Voice product roadmap. This includes guiding the product from its earliest conceptual stages to its realization as a live tool that creates value for guests. You will analyze complex hospitality workflows and convert them into clear product strategies. This translation must respect the operational constraints and realities of hotel environments. Close collaboration with engineering and design teams is necessary. The goal is to ensure that each release addresses genuine user needs and solves actual problems.
You will transform ambiguous ideas into concrete, measurable results for hotel properties. This involves designing intake processes that capture detailed hotel use cases before any feature is built. Constructing conversation flows and logic is a core duty. These flows must align precisely with property workflows while adhering to strict project timelines. You will review interaction data and user feedback on an ongoing basis. This review allows for the refinement of prompts and responses to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Shipping iterative updates is a primary function of this role. Each update should enhance the guest experience. You will simultaneously monitor system reliability and overall performance. Partnership with sales and support teams is critical. This partnership ensures that product changes remain aligned with market demand and customer expectations. You will champion accessibility and clarity in all design decisions. This focus ensures that every team within a hotel can easily adopt and use the voice tools. Maintaining detailed documentation is required. This documentation will explain key decisions and link strategic objectives to measured outcomes. Balancing a spirit of experimentation with the need for stability is vital. This balance protects core voice services for enterprise customers.
Requirements
Candidates must possess three to five years of experience building AI products. This experience must have occurred in technical environments. Clear communication skills are mandatory. You must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This communication must occur across distributed, remote teams. An understanding of how large hotel brands operate is necessary. Specifically, knowledge of how these brands handle reservations, guest calls, and service operations is required.
