About the role
You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Cambio's real estate decarbonization platform in North America. You will partner with portfolio leaders at large commercial real estate firms to define pain points around sustainability and energy performance. You will act as the primary growth driver responsible for building a scalable sales pipeline in a fast-moving B2B environment. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value for C-suite stakeholders. You will align your selling approach with the strategic objectives of enterprise tenants and investors. You will leverage data and insights to prioritize and win the most impactful opportunities. You will represent Cambio as a trusted advisor in every conversation.

What you'll do
- Execute a strategic sales plan focused on large-scale commercial real estate investors, owners, and occupiers to expand Cambio's enterprise footprint.
- Generate and qualify high-value pipeline using Cambio's existing lead pipeline, targeted account research, and disciplined outbound prospecting.
- Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that span discovery, solution design, negotiation, and enterprise-level decision-making.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring executive sponsorship at every major account.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that support company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, product, and customer success to design cohesive sales pilots and onboarding journeys.
- Synthesize and communicate Voice of the Customer insights to product and design teams, shaping the evolution of the platform.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasts, track progression, and report on key metrics for leadership review.
- Partner with sales operations to ensure compliance, documentation, and best practices across the entire deal lifecycle.
- Identify and penetrate new segments within the commercial real estate industry to unlock additional enterprise use cases.
- Champion Cambio's vision for decarbonization by articulating the business case for sustainable real estate performance.
- Work closely with implementation and success teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to adoption.
- Develop and share playbooks and battle cards that improve the collective effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Represent Cambio at industry conferences and enterprise forums to strengthen brand presence and generate inbound interest.
Requirements
- You possess 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a consistent record of exceeding targets in a B2B software environment.
- You have a deep understanding of SaaS sales motions, including multi-stage funnels and complex deal structures.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- You can develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with long-term company objectives.
- You have a proven history of strong negotiation and closing capabilities for large, multi-year agreements.
- You are technically proficient and comfortable working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and standard MS Office applications.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- You are a committed team player who thrives in collaborative settings and supports peers to achieve shared goals.
- You are authorized to work in the United States or Canada, and you are based in one of our primary hub cities.
- You have the right to permanent employment in your country of residence, eliminating the need for sponsorship.
