What you'll do
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance Cachet's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand our talent pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Cachet and engage with potential candidates.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions within an organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networking platforms for sourcing candidates.

- Experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems or recruitment analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Estonian or Russian, to engage with a broader candidate pool.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions and close candidates effectively.
