What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain AI systems that support various operational functions within Cachet.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production environments.
• Monitor the performance of AI applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI operations processes, including workflows, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
• Conduct regular audits of AI systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, leveraging AI insights to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in the development of training programs for team members on AI tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI operations, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Familiarity with data management and processing tools, such as SQL, Hadoop, or Spark.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
