What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain AI systems that support various operational functions within Cachet.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production environments.
- Monitor the performance of AI applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI operations processes, including workflows, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Conduct regular audits of AI systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, leveraging AI insights to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in the development of training programs for team members on AI tools and technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for new AI initiatives and translate them into actionable plans.
- Assist in the deployment of AI solutions across various departments, ensuring that all teams are equipped to utilize these technologies effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI operations, machine learning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
- Familiarity with data management and processing tools, such as SQL, Hadoop, or Spark.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
