• Develop and design comprehensive user flows for essential products such as payments, bookings, and customer support, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create scalable solutions that positively influence key business metrics and enhance overall performance.
• Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and implement strategic improvements aimed at boosting conversion rates.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our design system, refining components and patterns to ensure consistency and usability across all products.
• Engage in team activities, including design critiques, monthly strategy meetings, and quarterly design workshops, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize research insights and data analysis to validate design choices, ensuring they are grounded in user needs and behaviors.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse teams, including both technical and non-technical members.
• A demonstrated ability to balance immediate project demands with a strategic vision for long-term user experience development.
• Strong skills in interaction design, with a focus on crafting intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability.
