What you'll do
Plan and publish daily social content that educates, entertains, and informs Chilean audiences about Cabify.
Create short-form videos and captions tailored to platform algorithms and local cultural references.
Monitor social listening signals to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for content adaptation.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and growth partners to align assets with campaign objectives.
Manage editorial calendars and workflows using Trello to ensure timely delivery of content.
Optimize posts based on performance data, adjusting hooks, visuals, and calls to action.
Support paid social activations by preparing creative variants and audience targets.
Maintain a consistent brand voice while testing formats that resonate with urban mobility users.

Requirements
