About the role
Cabify is seeking an individual to support real-time logistics operations and ensure service excellence in Peru. You will manage driver fleets and address daily operational challenges to meet strict service level agreements for our corporate clients. In this capacity, you are responsible for upholding the highest standards of reliability and coordination within the logistics framework. The role requires ownership of end-to-end operational workflows to prevent disruptions and maintain consistency. You will act as a critical link between dispatch execution and on-ground fleet performance. Success in this position depends on your capacity to handle complex situations with precision and speed. The position is integral to sustaining the efficiency and reliability of our logistics network in Lima. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction and the perceived quality of our service offerings.

What you'll do
- Maintain service levels according to client agreements by monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting resources accordingly.
- Coordinate driver fleets and resolve operational incidents as they occur through rapid assessment and deployment of alternative solutions.
- Spot process deviations to implement proactive measures that prevent recurring issues and mitigate future risks.
- Facilitate communication between dispatch, drivers, and end customers to ensure clarity, transparency, and timely updates.
- Audit fleet adherence to established delivery protocols by reviewing execution logs and validating compliance with standards.
- Monitor delays to ensure delivery time targets are met, analyzing trends and deploying countermeasures when necessary.
- Identify and suggest improvements to boost service quality, leveraging data insights and operational feedback loops.
- Document all daily interactions and management actions in accordance with company procedures to maintain traceability and accountability.
- Support the optimization of routing and scheduling by collaborating with planners to adapt to dynamic demand patterns.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when standard resolution protocols are insufficient or exceeded.
- Verify that all fleet activities align with client contractual terms and service level expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures by sharing best practices and lessons learned from daily execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, specifically within tech firms, food delivery apps, or last-mile logistics environments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or back-office roles handling complaints and retention strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues in fast-paced environments without constant supervision.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Alignment with Cabify company culture and principles, including integrity, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Strong command of Spanish and English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to adhere to established policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
