The Marketing Manager/Director will be responsible for driving marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate demand for C3 Ai products and solutions. This role requires close collaboration with product management, sales, and executive teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals. The Marketing Manager/Director will shape campaign direction, manage a team of marketing professionals, and oversee the full lifecycle of marketing programs from concept through execution and measurement.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives and annual growth targets.
Manage the planning, creation, and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels and diverse audience segments.
Collaborate closely with product teams to craft compelling messaging that highlights the value of C3 Ai enterprise solutions.
Oversee campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and report on return on marketing investment to senior leadership.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals while providing direction on best practices and project execution.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry analysts, media outlets, and external partners to amplify brand reach.
Coordinate event participation, trade shows, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and awareness in the AI sector.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior data, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for brand positioning.
Manage the company brand identity and ensure consistent messaging and visual standards across all external communications.
Work closely with sales leadership to develop demand generation programs that support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Define and implement account-based marketing approaches tailored to specific enterprise customer segments and use cases.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to continuously optimize marketing spend and improve campaign outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution.
Seven or more years of professional experience in marketing with at least three years in a management or leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies within a B2B enterprise software or technology environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email campaigns, content marketing, search engine optimization, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness using data-driven analytical approaches and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
Track record of leading cross-functional marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Prior experience with enterprise software or artificial intelligence technology products is considered a strong advantage for this role.

Skills & tools

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot for lead management.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics and marketing performance measurement tools and dashboards.
Ability to work with content management systems, web analytics platforms, and search engine marketing tools effectively.
Comfortable using presentation software and team collaboration tools to support remote and distributed team coordination.
