About the role
You own the global Analyst Relations strategy for C3 Ai. You will define how the C3 Agentic AI Platform, the portfolio of C3 Ai Applications, and C3 Generative AI are perceived by the analyst community. This position requires strategic vision and operational rigor to shape market perception and influence positioning. You will serve as the primary link between C3 Ai and the world's leading analyst firms. You will translate abstract product vision into concrete analyst narratives that resonate with specific audiences. This role demands a high level of ownership to ensure analyst understanding directly translates into market momentum. You will act as a critical bridge aligning product, marketing, and sales teams with analyst insights. Ultimately, your work will determine how C3 Ai is positioned against competitors in the enterprise AI landscape.

- Compensation Package: Base salary of $180,000 USD, target bonus of 20%, and equity grant valued at $225,000 USD over a four-year vesting period.
What you'll do
You will architect and drive the global Analyst Relations program in alignment with C3 Ai's business objectives. This involves crafting the annual Analyst Relations plan which dictates budget allocation and engagement cadence for the entire year. You will manage the end-to-end engagement lifecycle with key analyst firms to maximize their understanding of C3 Ai capabilities. Mapping the competitive landscape within the enterprise AI and data platform space will be a core ongoing responsibility. You will curate a precise coverage map identifying the most relevant analysts and firms for C3 Ai's market position. Translating complex technical functionalities into clear, audience-specific narratives will be essential for every briefing you deliver. You will coordinate executive coaching and dry run sessions to ensure leaders are fully prepared for major analyst interactions. Building high-impact briefing decks, talk tracks, and messaging frameworks will be a standard part of your deliverables.
You will oversee C3 Ai's participation in the most prestigious industry evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave. This includes authoring responses to Request for Information requests and managing complex demo scenarios. You will coordinate closely with reference customers to secure compelling proof points and testimonials for these evaluations. Managing disclosure timelines and ensuring strict adherence to submission guidelines will be critical to your success. Your work will directly defend and enhance C3 Ai's positioning within these critical assessment frameworks. You will synthesize qualitative analyst feedback into quantitative intelligence that informs strategic decisions. This intelligence will directly influence product roadmap priorities and overall go-to-market messaging strategies. You will partner with the PR and corporate communications teams to amplify positive analyst relations.
Requirements
- You must possess several years of experience building and scaling Analyst Relations programs within enterprise software or AI-focused organizations.
- You must have a strong, demonstrable understanding of AI, generative AI, and data platform markets.
- You must excel at executive-level communication and storytelling, conveying complex topics with concise and clear messaging.
- You must have a proven track record of successfully managing Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and similar high-profile evaluations.
- You must demonstrate the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- You must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- You must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- You must have a deep understanding of the analyst firm landscape including major players and their methodologies.
Nice to have
Experience working with C3 Ai, large language models, or enterprise AI platforms is noted as a beneficial qualification.
