About the role
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of expanding the loan operations from inception to completion. You will oversee the campaign engine for various loan products, including Crypto Loan, UAT Loan, and INS Loan, while managing the workflows for collateral listing and delisting in collaboration with the Risk team. Your expertise will be essential in converting competitive market insights into actionable pricing strategies and adjustments, all while leading a dedicated team.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement a quarterly strategy and calendar for campaigns, detailing mechanics, budgets, terms, and regional adaptations.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and CRM teams to ensure effective execution of marketing materials such as landing pages, push notifications, emails, and banners.
- Take ownership of user acceptance testing (UAT) for campaign logic, ensuring accurate rates, loan-to-value (LTV) tiers, rewards, and attribution are met.
- Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as effective first-time deposits (eFTD), active borrowers, assets under management (AUM), average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer acquisition cost/return on investment (CAC/ROI); provide weekly dashboards and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
- Lead the process for collateral listing and delisting, managing everything from initial intake to final approval and rollout.
- Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Compliance, and Legal teams to establish and modify parameters like initial and maintenance LTV, haircuts, borrowing limits, interest rates, and regional availability.
- Manage change processes, including staging verification, production checks, announcements, and updates to APIs and documentation.
- Oversee post-launch performance monitoring through alerts and circuit breakers, managing incident responses and rollback procedures as necessary.
- Create data-driven proposals for pricing strategies, LTV automation, and liquidation thresholds in partnership with the credit risk team.
- Work alongside Treasury and capital markets to enhance internal liquidity and minimize funding costs for promotions and new collateral options.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of approvals and parameter history is maintained for audit readiness.
- Maintain an up-to-date competitive tracker that includes data from Binance, OKX, Bitget, and other leading regional players, focusing on rates, LTVs, VIP tiers, promotions, liquidation processes, and supported assets.
- Generate monthly insight reports that include actionable recommendations for parameter updates, promotional strategies, and potential new asset candidates.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sectors such as cryptocurrency, fintech, exchange operations, or lending.
- Proven history of successfully managing multi-team launches for campaigns or listings, with a strong emphasis on thorough UAT processes.
- Proficient data analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL, particularly with BigQuery or MySQL, for independent analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
- In-depth understanding of lending principles, including LTV, haircuts, liquidation processes, collateral valuation, and regional compliance.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Product, Compliance, and Legal departments.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with collateral onboarding, offboarding, and the development of pricing playbooks.
- Familiarity with CRM and A/B testing methodologies, particularly using platforms like Braze or Iterable.
- Basic Python programming skills for conducting ad-hoc analyses.
- Understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
- Experience in managing public announcements and API documentation processes.
