What you'll do
- Design and build backend microservices using Go, focusing on concurrency and efficiency to handle high-throughput financial workloads.
- Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations that improve latency and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain shared components, middleware, and internal frameworks that standardize development practices across engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and APIs.

- Monitor live production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and actively participate in on-call responsibilities to resolve incidents promptly.

Requirements
- Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027, aligning your academic timeline with the internship duration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or a related field that provides a strong technical foundation.
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, HTTP protocols, and DNS resolution as they apply to distributed systems.
- Strong grasp of operating system fundamentals such as processes, threads, memory management, and I/O operations.
- Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code under engineering constraints.
- Familiarity with Golang and its concurrency features like Goroutines and Channels, demonstrating practical experience with the language.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases and storage systems such as MySQL and Redis for data persistence and caching.
- Excellent logical reasoning skills and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders across regions.
