What you'll do

• Architect and deploy a holistic business plan that targets user acquisition, optimizes retention metrics, and maximizes revenue streams specific to the Polish market.
• Exercise full ownership over local operational workflows, supervising marketing campaign execution, community engagement strategies, and the optimization of customer support protocols.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with critical local entities, including regulators, financial institutions, media outlets, and key industry collaborators.
• Design and launch localized marketing initiatives that leverage social media channels, influencer networks, and community events to amplify brand visibility and deepen user interaction.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor maneuvers, and evolving regulatory changes impacting Poland and the broader European crypto ecosystem.
• Liaise closely with global departments such as Product, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to ensure local market nuances are addressed within company-wide objectives.
• Act as the preeminent Bybit representative in Poland, serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and advocating for brand integrity and strategic growth.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing local team, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure business targets are not only met but exceeded in a timely manner.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively, ensuring business continuity and compliance at all times.
• Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the Polish digital asset landscape.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and high-profile events to elevate the Bybit brand presence.
• Foster a data-driven culture by implementing robust reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all marketing and operational activities are aligned with the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, or general management.
• Have prior experience within the cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, or financial services industries.
• Previous experience managing operations or serving as a Country Manager for the Polish market is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Polish cryptocurrency landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory framework.
• Proven success in driving user growth, establishing partnerships, and achieving commercial outcomes.
• Exhibit strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Be fluent in both English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
