About the role
You own the end-to-end commercial journey for enterprise clients, guiding them through discovery, value articulation, and contract execution. You translate complex benefits data into clear narratives that resonate with HR leaders and CFOs alike. You act as a trusted advisor, aligning your consultative approach with the strategic priorities of each organization you engage. You leverage deep product knowledge to orchestrate compelling demonstrations of our proprietary SaaS platform. You collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation expectations are set and managed from day one. You continuously refine your playbook by analyzing market signals and competitive moves to stay ahead in a fast-evolving benefits landscape. You champion client delight by anticipating needs and responding with speed and precision. You serve as a visible ambassador of Businessolver's service-oriented culture in every interaction.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a consultative sales strategy tailored to enterprise-level prospects with up to 8,000 employee lives.
Drive the full sales life cycle, from sourcing qualified leads and pipeline development to closing business with precision and discipline.
Demonstrate the value of our SaaS platform through live, scenario-based demonstrations that address specific client pain points.
Engage channel partners such as brokers, consultants, and strategic advisers to build strong, trust-based relationships.
Perform in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate opportunities for Businessolver and craft differentiated winning strategies.
Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations that highlight outcomes, ROI, and implementation readiness.
Produce qualified leads and actionable insights that support marketing and product development teams.
Make targeted cold calls to initiate conversations and uncover latent needs within large organizations.
Identify and travel to key marketing events including seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives to expand reach.
Follow up on new leads and referrals promptly to maintain momentum and move opportunities toward closure.
Maintain precise and detailed activity tracking to ensure accountability and forecast accuracy.
Prepare a variety of status reports covering activity, closings, follow-up tasks, and adherence to goals.
Build close working relationships with sales support staff and the marketing team to align messaging and enablement.
Prepare action plans and schedules that identify specific targets and generate accurate contact projections.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospects throughout the evaluation and onboarding journey.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred as a foundational credential for the role.
Bring 7+ years of proven experience selling technology and/or SaaS solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong preference for experience within the Benefit Administration or broader Human Capital Management (HCM) industries.
Consistently demonstrate the ability to persuade and influence others across diverse stakeholder types.
Show prior experience working with health benefit brokers and consultants to navigate channel dynamics.
Prove capability to develop and deliver high-impact presentations to executive audiences.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for client meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.
Demonstrate relationship building experience with a track record of forming and sustaining enterprise-level partnerships.
Channel Sales Experience preferred to support partnership-driven growth objectives.
Demonstrate proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery process to uncover needs and frame solutions.
Commit to adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical selling practices at all times.
Show capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment.

Channel Sales Experience preferred to deepen partnership impact and accelerate deal velocity.
Experience within Benefit Administration or Human Capital Management (HCM) sectors to accelerate credibility.

Practical notes
The expected total compensation for this role, with on-target earnings (OTE), is up to $280K per year, with the ability to over-achieve on quota. The base pay range for this position is 107K to 167K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
