About the role
You lead acquisition client onboarding from intake to sign-off, owning schedules, risks, and quality for Solvers. You translate complex acquisition requirements into structured project plans and ensure disciplined execution across distributed teams. Your work maintains the integrity of the client experience while protecting scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes. You act as the central coordination point for cross-functional stakeholders, aligning internal groups, clients, and Brokers around a shared understanding of goals. You are responsible for turning high-level business needs into concrete, trackable actions that drive successful onboarding. You safeguard the client journey by monitoring health indicators and intervening early when issues or deviations appear. You continuously refine how work gets done, using feedback and data to strengthen processes and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

What you'll do
Orchestrate intake workflows and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable project plans for acquisition teams.
Coordinate schedules, calendars, and dependencies to align internal groups, clients, and Brokers, keeping the project on course.
Champion timely delivery by tracking tasks, removing blockers, and proactively adjusting plans before issues escalate.
Establish communication rhythms using email, status updates, meetings, and structured reports tailored for leaders and Brokers.
Identify, forecast, and address project risks through action plans, contingency strategies, and timely escalation.
Define project objectives and key performance indicators, then monitor outcomes to confirm work meets Businessolver and client standards.
Shape a collaborative project environment where decision-making is clear, ownership is defined, and work proceeds predictably.
use Microsoft Copilot and approved AI tools to streamline documentation, meeting notes, action tracking, and gap identification.
Generate and maintain project artifacts such as Standard Operating Procedures, Client Delight Plans, meeting agendas and minutes, transition notes, risk logs, and acquisition tracking records.
Analyze project data to identify efficiency and effectiveness improvements in capacity, work management, and recurring risk themes.
Lead work management and resource planning to expose resource needs, capacity constraints, and efficiency opportunities.
Maintain project plans and related information in work management systems with accurate, timely, and actionable updates.
Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and appropriate use before sharing or relying on them for decisions.
Adapt best-practice reports, action plans, and processes from PMP, Scrum, internal departments, and partner organizations to strengthen acquisition delivery.
Prepare presentations, articles, blogs, and other materials to share learnings internally and externally as appropriate.
Contribute to repeatable acquisition team playbooks, templates, and process improvements that support scalability and role progression.
Support the growth of teammates by sharing knowledge, reinforcing standards, and providing input that helps the team meet onboarding standards.
May perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role and business needs.
Requirements
Bring at least two years of project management experience, with acquisition or implementation work in SaaS or services environments.
Communicate clearly and persuasively through email, meetings, and status reporting to align Solvers, clients, and Brokers.
Maintain project plans and work management data with precision, timeliness, and traceable updates.
Validate AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and appropriateness before decisions or distribution.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Show proficiency in managing stakeholders at all levels with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Exhibit a commitment to quality, ownership, and follow-through in all aspects of project execution.
Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to navigate ambiguity and support effective decision-making.
