About the role
You own the full lifecycle of new data exchange development from initial requirements gathering through on-time launch. You serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients or vendors to document precise specifications and integration requirements. You collaborate with project team members to deeply understand client-specific benefits structures, file layouts, mappings, and configuration profiles. You configure and document data files, establish secure file transfers, and execute detailed testing plans to validate functionality. You coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors to review specifications, layouts, and test results in a constructive manner. You partner with project managers to maintain project tracking documentation, timelines, and status reporting with consistent accuracy. You utilize industry-standard file formats and integration tools to implement robust and reliable connections. You support peer quality assurance efforts, including defect tracking, resolution, and clear documentation of outcomes. You identify potential risks early and participate actively in status discussions, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders when required. You deliver exceptional customer service to both external clients and internal teams, reinforcing trust and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structures, file layouts, mappings, and configuration profiles.
- Configure and document data files, establish secure file transfers, and execute testing plans to verify system behavior.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors to review specifications, layouts, and test results.
- Partner with project managers to maintain project tracking documentation, timelines, and status reporting.
- Utilize industry-standard file formats and integration tools to ensure compatibility and data integrity.
- Support peer quality assurance efforts, including defect tracking, resolution, and clear documentation of fixes.
- Identify risks and participate in status discussions, escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and internal teams throughout every interaction.
- Own the transition from onboarding to steady-state, including documentation handoff, knowledge transfer, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and proposing enhancements to processes and tools.
- Perform analysis on inbound HRIS census and benefits conversion files to ensure alignment with client configurations.
- Conduct ad hoc inbound and outbound integrations supporting vendors such as wellness partners, 401(k), ACA, and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent industry experience; SaaS environment experience preferred.
- Proficiency with XML and strong Excel skills are essential for managing and transforming complex data.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, identify patterns, and ensure data accuracy consistently.
- Experience using tools such as SQL, Beyond Compare, JavaScript, XLS, Access, or similar; working knowledge is acceptable and encouraged.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client assignments and overlapping timelines without dropping the ball.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while maintaining high standards of output and quality.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work.
- Willingness to follow documented processes and procedures while adapting quickly to changes in scope or requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and common benefits file formats used in payroll and benefits administration.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment supporting client integrations and configuration work.

- Experience working with wellness partners, 401(k) providers, and reporting solution integrations.
