What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end project management process for technology initiatives, from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with various teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, and QA testers, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any challenges that arise.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks.
• Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives.
• Conduct thorough project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating project status, potential roadblocks, and resource needs.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and software development.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within project workflows, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
• Collaborate with the product management team to align project deliverables with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or logistics sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, including cloud computing and APIs, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is preferred.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry, particularly with last-mile delivery solutions.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in an international environment or with remote teams.
