As a Product Manager at Bamboohr, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our logistics and delivery solutions. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and prioritize feature development.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to assess the success of product initiatives and inform future decisions.
• Facilitate product demos and presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners to showcase new features and capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing support and guidance to team members and customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Bamboohr remains at the forefront of logistics innovation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align product initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the logistics or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques to drive product insights.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA or Trello.
• Previous experience working with remote teams or in an international environment.
• Understanding of API integrations and technical specifications.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Productboard) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of programming languages or software development processes is a plus.
