About the role

The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will play a central role in equipping the go-to-market team with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to execute Braze's commercial strategy effectively. This position works closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams across the Asia-Pacific region to ensure that every go-to-market initiative is backed by clear guidance and measurable outcomes. The manager will own the design and delivery of enablement programs that translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions for prospects and customers alike.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that prepare new sales and marketing hires to engage Braze customers with confidence and accuracy.
- Create and maintain a library of sales collateral, battle cards, and product guides that reflect the latest Braze platform features and customer use cases.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to gather feedback on market positioning and translate technical product details into accessible messaging for sales teams.
- Develop and run ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certification tracks that keep the go-to-market team current on Braze's evolving product roadmap.
- Analyze enablement program effectiveness using key performance indicators such as sales cycle length, win rates, and customer adoption metrics.
- Coach and mentor junior enablement specialists and sales representatives on best practices for customer engagement and product demonstration.
- Coordinate cross-functional enablement initiatives that align sales, marketing, and customer success workflows around shared revenue goals.
- Support regional launch campaigns by preparing enablement materials and briefing sessions tailored to the Sydney and broader Asia-Pacific market.
- Identify gaps in team knowledge and skills through regular assessments and propose targeted learning interventions to address those gaps.
- Collaborate with leadership to define the annual enablement strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with Braze's commercial objectives and growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Five or more years of experience in a go-to-market enablement, sales training, or marketing operations role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and executing enablement programs that measurably improved sales team performance and revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms, marketing automation, and the broader martech landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex product information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to use performance metrics to inform enablement strategy and program adjustments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Asia-Pacific region to support regional teams and attend company events.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working at a B2B SaaS company that operates in the customer engagement or marketing technology space.
- Knowledge of the Australian and broader Asia-Pacific business landscape, including regional market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or similar tools.
- Experience managing external training vendors or coordinating with third-party partners to deliver enablement content.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for creating detailed enablement reports and presentation materials.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track enablement activities and measure their impact on sales outcomes.
- Familiarity with learning management systems like Lessonly, Brainshark, or similar platforms used for sales training and certification.
- Ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker to present enablement program results to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple enablement initiatives and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfort with collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence, or Notion to maintain documentation and facilitate team communication.
Practical notes
- This role is based in Braze's Sydney office and requires on-site presence during standard business hours, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements as determined by the team.
- The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will report to the head of go-to-market or a regional sales leader and will work closely with the APAC commercial team.
- Candidates should expect to participate in regular cross-functional meetings and occasional travel to other Braze offices or customer sites within the region.
- The hiring process includes multiple interview rounds with hiring managers, team leads, and senior leadership to assess both technical enablement skills and cultural fit.
