About the role
Braze is seeking an Engagement Manager II to join our AI Expert Services team. You will lead the end-to-end deployment of OfferFit by Braze, managing technical strategy and client relationships to ensure successful program execution. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, translating business needs into technical execution plans that drive measurable outcomes. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through complex digital transformation efforts specific to AI adoption. The role requires you to balance operational oversight with creative problem-solving to meet evolving customer expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring that every deployment phase aligns with both client business goals and Braze's standards of excellence. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high stakeholder satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven engagement solutions for our global customer base.

What you'll do
- Architect and oversee the full AI deployment lifecycle, translating abstract requirements into concrete technical setups and validation protocols.
- Lead diagnostic technical workshops with customers to dissect objectives, refine model configuration, and map integration architecture with precision.
- Interface directly with executive stakeholders to manage deliverables, preemptively highlight project risks, and articulate progress in clear, strategic language.
- Analyze and enhance the standardized AI deployment playbook, embedding best practices that elevate quality and consistency across all client programs.
- Synthesize customer feedback and real-world deployment data to generate actionable insights for the product team, steering the product roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve complex implementation barriers, ensuring alignment between technology, operations, and client priorities.
- Monitor project health indicators, adjusting timelines and resource allocations to maintain momentum and uphold service level expectations.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and frameworks, enabling teams to maximize efficiency and unlock new forms of customer engagement.
- Document and communicate critical decisions, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the entire engagement period.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by iterating on deployment methodologies and sharing learnings across the AI Expert Services organization.
Requirements
- Bring 5-7 years of hands-on experience in professional services, consulting, or project management, with a focus on technology initiatives.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in a technical field; an MBA or MS is preferred for roles requiring advanced strategic analysis.
- Demonstrate fluency in English and advanced Spanish proficiency to navigate complex client discussions and documentation seamlessly.
- Exhibit a proven track record of leading technical projects and facilitating workshops that engage senior-level stakeholders effectively.
- Develop a conceptual understanding of machine learning and data architecture to interact knowledgeably with data science and engineering teams.
- Apply strong organizational skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to identify problems and implement innovative solutions.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all project components are thoroughly planned, executed, and reviewed.
