Join our customer-facing deliverability team to guide enterprise brands in optimizing their email programs. What you'll do
- Act as the primary deliverability contact for a portfolio of customers with paid Deliverability Services entitlements, managing all aspects of their sending health.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets related to deliverability strategy and technical troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and investigations into email sending practices, analyzing configurations and historical data to pinpoint root causes.
- Assist clients with ISP issues, blocklist remediation, and spam trap management, guiding them through structured processes to restore optimal standing.
- Develop and monitor IP warming schedules and progress, adjusting strategies based on performance data and infrastructure changes.
- Analyze email performance metrics to improve customer sending reputations, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Provide long-term strategic planning for high-touch, high-visibility brands, aligning deliverability initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Contribute to internal projects focused on product maturity, customer education, and thought leadership, sharing insights to elevate team capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during internal and external meetings, articulating the technical nuances of email delivery in a clear manner.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure deliverability strategies are integrated into broader customer success plans.
- Work alongside the Technical Support group to escalate complex infrastructure issues and validate remediation steps.
- Interface with the Sales organization to advise on deliverability capabilities during the procurement and onboarding phases.
- Partner with the Growth team to refine onboarding materials and documentation, improving the new customer experience.
- Synthesize findings from audits and investigations into concise reports that highlight key risks and recommended actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISP policies and industry best practices to ensure advice remains current and effective.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in deliverability-specific services at an agency, ESP, or large brand, demonstrating a proven track record in this specific domain.
- Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management, with a clear understanding of how sending practices impact business outcomes.
- Ability to identify and remediate deliverability issues and present findings clearly to clients, using data to support recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to act as an ambassador for the team and company, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-priority issues under pressure, maintaining composure while resolving critical deliverability incidents.
- Familiarity with email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and their role in shaping sender reputation.
- Understanding of IP reputation metrics and blacklist monitoring techniques to proactively manage sending health.
- Commitment to following established processes and documentation standards to ensure consistency and compliance in client engagements.

Practical notes
- Base salary range: $108,000 to $139,500 per year.
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 to $155,000 per year, including bonus or commission.
- Compensation includes a Total Rewards package with equity grants (RSUs).
