What you'll do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end creative operations model for the Brand team from intake through launch, ensuring each phase is clear, coordinated, and measurable.
- Define and continuously improve intake, briefing, resourcing, prioritization, and delivery processes so work flows predictably and teams understand what is needed and when.
- Serve as the senior point of accountability for how work moves across creative, production, and execution, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies.
- Drive cross-Marketing alignment on operating models, expectations, and ways of working to reduce friction and standardize practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, PMM, Events, Growth, and Regional teams, translating their needs into operational structures and guardrails.
- Partner with creative leadership to forecast workload, capacity, and resourcing needs, enabling realistic planning and informed tradeoffs.

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs and guide teams toward resolution before issues escalate.
- Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with confidence, diplomacy, and decisiveness, maintaining momentum in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Own and optimize Asana workflows, templates, SLAs, and reporting across Brand to increase transparency and reduce manual effort.
- Build scalable operational playbooks for campaigns, events, video, motion, and always-on production to support repeatable excellence.
- Identify and implement tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, quality, or visibility without compromising quality.
- Ensure operational systems support creative excellence and team sustainability by designing processes that respect capacity and focus.
- Oversee creative budgets, vendor spend, and forecasting in partnership with Finance to maintain fiscal discipline and transparency.
- Lead agency onboarding, scoping, and procurement needs, establishing clear requirements and expectations from the outset.
- Ensure financial rigor, transparency, and efficiency across Brand production by tracking costs, commitments, and outcomes.
- Partner with People, Finance, and Marketing leadership on org health, resourcing strategy, and long-term scale, aligning talent and structure with future needs.
Requirements
- Bring 8-10+ years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or production management, with a track record of delivering complex work.
- Demonstrate proven experience leading operations for in-house creative or brand teams, owning end-to-end processes and stakeholder coordination.
- Show deeply fluency in creative workflows across brand, campaigns, video, motion, and events, understanding how each mode demands distinct structures and timelines.
- Communicate clearly and influence without authority, building trust and alignment with Marketing, PMM, Events, Growth, and Regional partners.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, maintaining composure and output when scope, pace, and expectations change.
- Operate as the operational authority for Brand Creative, setting standards and ensuring consistent application across teams.
- Think in systems, not tasks, designing processes that scale as volume, complexity, and team size increase.
- Influence without direct authority through trust, clarity, and consistency, guiding decisions and tradeoffs across stakeholders.
- Bring structure and calm to high-volume, high-visibility creative ecosystems, enabling teams to focus on execution.
- Balance strategic foresight with strong executional follow-through, delivering both vision and reliable outcomes.
- Act as a connective layer between creative ambition and operational reality, ensuring plans are feasible and commitments are honored.
