What you'll do
- Conduct an in-depth study of the customer engagement market and analyze the specific value proposition of Braze against competitors.
- Perform detailed research to identify and qualify target accounts that align with Ideal Customer Profile criteria.
- Execute structured email and phone-based outreach campaigns to build awareness and generate interest.
- Initiate and lead conversations with C-suite level prospects to understand their strategic challenges.
- Manage the qualification of early-stage sales opportunities using established methodologies to assess fit and intent.
- Partner with colleagues in cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute actively to team sales targets while tracking performance metrics and adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Engage in professional mentorship sessions to receive feedback and refine sales techniques and communication styles.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to document interactions and maintain accurate records of pipeline activity.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a field related to MarTech, Sales, or Global Business, or possess a strong motivation to work in the customer engagement industry.
- Demonstrate strong research capabilities and apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles in prospecting.
- Communicate effectively and precisely in both written and verbal formats to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Exhibit high levels of intellectual curiosity, self-awareness, and coachability to absorb feedback and improve rapidly.
- Maintain an adaptable, action-oriented, and tenacious mindset when facing rejection or complex sales scenarios.
