About the role

Bounteous is seeking an RPA Developer to join our digital engineering team where you will play a critical part in reshaping how our global clients operate on a daily basis. You will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that solve complex operational challenges and improve digital performance across diverse industries. In this position, you will own the full execution of automation initiatives from initial discovery through production deployment and ongoing optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable automation solutions. A key part of your ownership will involve monitoring and reporting on security risks related to data integrity and system availability to ensure business continuity. You will be responsible for ensuring that every automation project strictly adheres to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in all deliverables. Additionally, you will manage the security of information assets by enforcing password protocols and malware protection mechanisms across the automation platform. Your commitment will extend to maintaining compliance standards across all technical deliverables, documenting processes, and supporting audit requirements.

• Ensure all automation projects adhere to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA by embedding compliance requirements into solution designs.
• Manage the security of information assets by enforcing password protocols and malware protection across all development, testing, and production environments.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data to ensure sensitive information remains protected, from initial capture through archival or deletion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process improvements, and validate automation outcomes against business objectives.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to verify that automated workflows perform reliably, securely, and within defined performance parameters.
• Document technical designs, process flows, and configuration settings to support maintainability, knowledge transfer, and future scalability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members by sharing best practices, code standards, and automation strategies.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Robotic Process Automation software platforms to meet client-specific business needs.
• Apply strong understanding of information security protocols and risk assessment methodologies to safeguard automation environments.
• Contribute to the development and execution of data privacy frameworks, ensuring that GDPR and CCPA requirements are addressed proactively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying robotic process automation solutions in enterprise environments with measurable outcomes.

• Commitment to maintaining compliance standards across all technical deliverables, ensuring that regulatory requirements are met consistently.
• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation software, including configuration, development, and deployment of automation assets.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA and the ability to apply them in solution design and implementation.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the security of information assets by applying password protocols and malware protection strategies.
• Willingness to oversee the full lifecycle of data within automation workflows, ensuring that sensitive information is handled securely and appropriately.
