What you'll do
- Conduct discovery workshops to extract high-level business goals and translate them into structured product requirements.
- Create detailed product roadmaps that outline milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with UX researchers to analyze user behavior data and refine interaction models for optimal engagement.
- Translate technical constraints into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead prioritization sessions using data-driven frameworks to ensure the most valuable features are developed first.
- Coordinate sprint planning and review activities to maintain alignment between design, development, and quality assurance.
- Monitor regulatory landscapes to ensure that product features comply with evolving legal standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Generate status reports and executive summaries that clearly communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct backlog grooming to remove ambiguity and ensure that upcoming work is ready for development.
- Evaluate third-party tools and APIs to determine their suitability for integration into client solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews to validate assumptions and confirm that deliverables meet business needs.
- Implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and reduce time-to-market for digital products.
- Act as the central documentation hub for product specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members to elevate the overall capability of the product delivery organization.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent professional experience that demonstrates mastery of product concepts.
- Exhibit proficiency with software development lifecycles including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies, and know when to apply each.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and team environments concurrently without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills that enable clear articulation of ideas to diverse audiences.
- Show a proven capability to work independently and solve problems resourcefully in ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
- Have demonstrated knowledge of current digital trends and technologies relevant to enterprise digital transformation.
- Understand the fundamentals of data privacy and security protocols to ensure that product decisions mitigate organizational risk.
- Be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all employment eligibility verification requirements.

- Hold a Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) which indicates advanced knowledge of product ownership practices.
