About the role
The is responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and generate high-quality leads for our service offerings. This position requires a proactive individual who will develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will work in a collaborative environment, interfacing closely with internal teams and external partners to produce cohesive and impactful marketing materials. A key part of this role involves planning and facilitating critical marketing activities such as events and webinars that establish thought leadership. You will leverage data and emerging technologies to refine campaign strategies and improve results over time. The specialist will conduct detailed follow-ups and recaps after every engagement to maximize the impact of each initiative. Ultimately, this role ensures that Bounteous maintains a strong market presence through consistent and effective campaign execution.

What you'll do
- Investigate and analyze existing marketing channels to identify opportunities for optimization in email campaigns, events, social media, and content marketing.
- Generate and nurture leads by designing and supporting high-impact marketing events such as conferences, workshops, and virtual webinars.
- Perform comprehensive follow-ups and recaps after every event to capture insights, measure engagement, and amplify the overall impact.
- Synthesize ideas and feedback from internal stakeholders to create cohesive content that drives higher event attendance and audience interest.
- Author and coordinate the development of press releases, case studies, and success stories to highlight joint offerings and client victories.
- Establish and maintain content calendars while collaborating with subject matter experts to produce blogs, white papers, and other thought leadership assets.
- Evaluate and implement the latest AI tools to test and refine marketing programs, enhancing performance and return on investment.
- Communicate campaign outcomes to key stakeholders on a regular basis, measuring success against established goals and determining actionable next steps.
- Research and integrate industry trends to provide strategic insights that inform ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with external partners as required to support collaborative marketing efforts and expand reach.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Bounteous's service offerings and capabilities to communicate value effectively.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand standards and messaging guidelines across all platforms.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or at a digital agency, preferably in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in lead generation and the successful planning of marketing activities.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Show excellent project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and priorities efficiently.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration.
- Be highly organized with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Have familiarity with AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT, to enhance marketing workflows.
- Possess an understanding of email marketing platforms and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Hold a degree in marketing, business, or communications is preferred for this specialized role.
