You will own a clearly defined territory in the Bristol and Cardiff markets, acting as the primary business development engine for Square in that region. What you'll do
Conduct disciplined, in-person sales activities by spending approximately 80% of your week in the field, visiting 50 to 60 targeted businesses weekly across your assigned territory.
Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion that includes generating qualified leads, identifying business needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and closing deals across Square's full suite of software and hardware solutions.
Establish yourself as the definitive Square expert in your city by building trust-based, long-term relationships with local sellers and acting as their primary strategic advisor.
Partner closely with internal support functions to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new sellers, ensuring they achieve fast time-to-value and ongoing success with Square products.
Implement a structured referral strategy that converts every successful customer relationship into future opportunities, reinforcing consistent pipeline generation.
Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through proactive door-to-door outreach, active participation in community events, networking initiatives, and strategic partnerships with complementary organizations.
Work collaboratively with channel partners to cultivate a steady stream of high-quality referrals, ensuring that this source of pipeline grows and remains reliable over time.
